Add a load case
add_load_caseRead-only
Add an empty load case — a named bucket of UNFACTORED loads of one origin (dead, snow, wind, imposed). Put loads in it with add_load, then combine cases with partial factors using add_load_combination. A load case on its own never reaches a code check: checks envelope over COMBINATIONS only. Returns the model plus the new load_case_id. Free.
