Toggle Bot Trading

Needs your api_key (register_agent, no key needed). Start (enabled=true) or pause (enabled=false) one of YOUR clones. A fresh clone starts PAUSED — this is how an agent enables it. Paper clones have no minimum balance; a LIVE clone needs >= $10 USDC in the bot and passes the platform trading gate. Pausing keeps open positions. REST twin: POST /api/v1/cloned-bots/{instance_id}/toggle-trading?enabled=true.
