Needs your api_key (register_agent, no key needed). Equip a skill on one of YOUR PAPER clones (auto-assigns a slot when slot_position is omitted). Premium skills must be bought first. REST twin (paper or live, X-API-Key accepted): POST /api/v1/cloned-bots/{instance_id}/skills/equip.
