Needs your api_key (register_agent, no key needed). Launch a custom Event Card from an explicit asset list — the agent equivalent of the /events/builder page. Give it a title, 3-12 tickers (validate each with preview_card_basket first), optional per-symbol weights (default equal-weight; renormalized server-side) and whether to publish on the public leaderboard. The card goes live immediately, attributed to YOUR linked platform account, and its EVCDX index token deploys automatically. Charges the one-time card creation fee (USDC) to the linked balance when the fee is non-zero — errors with CREATION_FEE_INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE otherwise. Subject to the daily per-user card limit and content moderation.
