covnmr_2d_analyze
Analyze a 2D NMR experiment (HSQC/HMBC/COSY/NOESY/TOCSY/ROESY). Returns crosspeaks with correlation paths.
The experiment is read from the file's own pulse sequence; pass `experiment`
only for formats that do not record one. A value contradicting the file is
reported in experiment_warning and does not override it.
