Append one row to this workspace’s ledger so the next session does not derive it again. A finding MUST carry the receipt_id of the call it came from and the window it covers — a claim about the data with no receipt behind it is refused, by design. A decision, preference or question needs no receipt. You cannot delete anything here; only the owner can, from their settings.
