Run a read tool
cvl_call_readRead-onlyIdempotent
Run a Convertlyft READ tool that is not in your tool list, by name, with its arguments. It answers exactly as calling that tool directly would, with the same permissions. It refuses every write or spend tool: those are in your list and are called directly. Use cvl_search_tools to find the name and arguments.
