Approve a post awaiting team approval. Requires a role with post:approve (owner, admin, approver). Releases a post with approvalStatus 'pending': it publishes at its scheduled time, or immediately if that time has already passed. The author is notified in-app. Errors: 400 if the post is not awaiting approval, 403 if the role lacks post:approve, 404 if not found.
