Sign-in required: call connect(email) and connect_verify first (free, one email) unless this connection is already signed in. Before multi-step work, find a proven step-by-step plan for the task: checking whether a ruling or a provision still holds, a memo with sources, a matter digest, procedure and deadlines, what an article said on a date. The user's own workflows first, then Avokata's. Returns the best matches with why they fit, or that none fits and how to write one. Cheap: no search is run.
