Import a lab report
import_lab_reportImport a whole lab report for a patient: each row becomes a laboratory Observation (LOINC where recognised),
with reference range and interpretation. CSV columns like test,value,unit,range,date; HL7 v2 ORU^R01 messages;
or the JSON form from the API reference. date (ISO) is used for rows without one. Re-sending is safe.
