adw.adw_045Returns a 0-100 US labor-market tightness score (monthly JOLTS job openings ÷ unemployed from FRED, z-scored vs a 36-month window; 50=neutral, higher=tighter) with trend, confidence, tightness_label, openings_to_unemployed_ratio, and raw openings/unemployed counts. Call when the user asks about labor market tightness, worker shortages, hiring difficulty, job openings vs unemployment, or wage pressure, or when timing salary-band reviews, compensation benchmarking, or hiring plans. Updates: monthly.
