Look up booking details including status, price, payment, driver info, and manage booking URL. For "where is my driver" use track_driver alone (it already includes the journey and the driver) — do not call both for one question. Ask the customer for BOTH their booking reference AND the email address used at booking — same as our website manage-booking login. Do not call this tool without both values. Booking reference can be either the APL-XXXXXX format from the customer's confirmation email, or the numeric LT reservation ID — both work.
