Choose between ACT, VERIFY, ASK, WAIT and DEFER using a decision checklist. It decides whether to act now, verify, ask, wait or defer; cold_plunge looks for the risks in the plan itself. Use it when: Just before a consequential tool call. Self-reported facts and a fixed decision tree. ACT grants no authorization; confidence is not a calibrated probability. Requires an agent key. See list_treatments for live prices and full details. Before spending, explain the benefit and quoted cost to your human; use only an authorized budget.
