get_agency_object_classes
Read-only
List the object class breakdown (what an agency spends money on).
Object classes are OMB categories: Personnel Compensation, Travel,
Contractual Services, Equipment, Grants, etc. Useful for understanding
what types of expenditures an agency makes.
fiscal_year defaults to the last completed fiscal year, not the current
one (USAspending's own default, which right after October 1 holds only a
few days of data). The answer always carries fiscal_year.
