Detect N+1 query patterns from your own query_history, not a live trace: fingerprints the last 100 recorded queries tenant-wide (numeric/string literals normalized to ?; connection is accepted but does not scope which history is scanned) and flags any fingerprint repeated min_executions+ times (default 5), skipping trivial no-FROM-clause probes like SELECT 1. Always read-only. Needs populated history first (run queries via query_sql or saved_queries); empty history returns no patterns. Counts against daily quota. Returns fingerprint, execution count, total/avg time, an example query, and severity-ranked insights (critical above 20 repeats). [ARCHITECT tier]
