Use this whenever the user asks about grid interconnection queues or how much load is waiting to connect. Call when the user asks how congested an ISO's interconnection queue is or how much data-center load is queued. Returns queued generation GW per ISO. The projects field changes shape: with iso= it is an array of per-project rows; without iso it is an all-ISO summary object (total, by_iso_count, top). ERCOT also returns its large-load (data-center) queue; other ISOs don't publish one. Keyless: a trimmed preview; free with an email-bound key. Ex: "How deep is ERCOT's queue?" iso optional (US ISO code); free = preview. For demand and headroom on the same ISO also call get_grid_intelligence.
