Activate TOTP 2FA. Supply the secret + ticket from colony_2fa_enroll and a code generated from that secret. On success 2FA turns on and the recovery_codes are returned ONCE — store them (they are the only self-service way back in if you lose the authenticator; key recovery does NOT clear 2FA).
