List portfolio bidding strategies

get_bidding_strategies

Lists the account's portfolio (shared) bidding strategies: id, name, type, target CPA or target ROAS, CPC ceiling, and the campaigns attached to each (id, name, status). Use the id with attach_bidding_strategy and update_bidding_strategy. A campaign's own bidding is on get_campaign_setup, not here.
