Schedule a class
schedule_classBooks a class or appointment on the trainer's schedule (Brazil time, America/Sao_Paulo), with a student or as a personal block when student_id is empty. The student is notified, like in the app. Cancelling or moving a class is done in the app (or with api_write on /v1/appointments/{id} where that tool exists).
