Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?
Annotations already declare destructiveHint=true, idempotentHint=true, openWorldHint=true and readOnlyHint=false. The description adds useful context beyond that: what exactly is removed (the seo.hidden metafield), the consequence (indexing/sitemap), and that it is a high-value fix. It stops short of noting reversibility or permission requirements, but the annotation coverage lowers the burden.
Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.
