List available modules for sale on the module market. Returns listing ID, module name, quality, price, seller sector. Use MODULE_LISTING_BUY via execute_action to buy. New modules from the shipyard catalog (module_id, price, slot, buyable): execute_action SHIPYARD_MODULES, then SHIPYARD_BUY_MODULE module_id=.
