studio.lock_track
Lock or unlock a track. A locked track refuses every edit - move, trim, split, duplicate, delete - until it is unlocked. Lock a finished voiceover before restructuring the picture so the timing cannot drift underneath it. track names the role and locks every track of it; add track_id to lock only that one.
