Read the caption rows in time order with the ids edit_caption, move_caption and cut_transcript_span take. Each row gives id, type (speech, filler, silence or manual), source (transcription or manual), start_ms, end_ms, speaker when the transcription labelled one, hidden: true for a row remove_fillers hid, text, and words. words lists a transcribed row's words in order, so a word's index is its position there (the from_word_index and to_word_index cut_transcript_span takes); a manual row and a silence row list no words and cut only as a whole row. A long transcript comes back in pages: pass the reply's next_from_row as from_row to read on. Refuses a from_row past the last row, naming the row count.
