Lists your quotes, newest first (200 at most; pass limit and cursor to page). Every row carries total_cents (integer CENTS) and effective_status, so an expired quote reads 'expired'. Refuses a limit outside 1-200 or a malformed cursor with VALIDATION_ERROR: resend without them, or with next_cursor exactly as returned.
