Add or change trip items

save_items

Destructive

Add or update any number of items in one call. Each item has a type — transport, stay, activity, expense, packing_item or place — and the fields for that type. Include id to update an existing item (only the fields given change); leave id out to add one to trip_id. Places can only be updated (to pin coordinates or fix the city). Returns a result per item.
