Search freely licensed video
search_free_videosUse this when the user wants a video they can reuse, such as ocean waves or a historical film with a free licence. Pass topic words. It searches Wikimedia Commons and the Internet Archive and returns a download link, the licence and attribution for each hit. We do not rip videos: downloading from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Douyin, Bilibili or Xiaohongshu, or stripping a watermark, breaks those sites' terms. A platform URL, a watermark request, or a named ripper returns that explanation and no file. Pexels and Pixabay are included only when their keys are configured; otherwise the answer says they were not searched.
