First searches database, then fetches from the external API if the comment is missing or stale (>1 week). NOT for searching - use getRedditCommentsByKeywords for keyword search. Optional fields parameter for performance (default: ["id", "body", "authorUsername", "createdAtDate"]). Returns: single comment with id, body, author, parent ids, score, and timestamps. This is a safe, read-only tool for analyzing searchable information.
