Idempotent

Attach a catalog/owned video or catalog creator to a content card. Use videoId from saved references (not savedVideoId). Does not spend AI quota or generate analysis; analyze selected catalog videos with analyze_catalog_video first (generate_scripts analyzes at most 3 not-yet-analyzed videos per card). A card holds at most 30 video references. Returns the attachment ID for detaching.
