Find Editor Scenes

Find the scene changes in one of an Editor project's videos: the seconds in the file where the picture cuts, read by ffmpeg. Use them with edit_editor_timeline split_scenes (cut a placed clip at those points) or auto_clip (lay chosen pieces in a row). Free; a long file takes up to a few minutes.
