Start a file upload
create_uploadStart an upload of one file for import_media: a PDF, or a PNG, JPEG or WebP image, up to 25 MB.
Returns uploadUrl and uploadId. Send the file's bytes with an HTTP PUT to uploadUrl, with the Content-Type header it returns (for example: curl -X PUT -H "Content-Type: application/pdf" --data-binary @board.pdf ""). Then call import_media with the uploadId. The URL expires after 30 minutes.
