list_feedbacks

Read-only

Lists the product feedbacks (those that submit_feedback records), with filters by status / type / priority / severity / category, sorting and pagination. ⚠️ THE SCOPE DEPENDS ON YOUR ROLE and the response SAYS so in scope: a platform administrator reads the WHOLE queue (scope: 'all'); any other account reads ONLY its own submissions (scope: 'own') — in this second case total does not describe the whole queue: "there is no feedback" can only be concluded after reading scope. Returns title, description, AI reasoning and confidence, user message, tags, affected component and originating project. ⚠️ Does NOT include the conversation excerpt, the schema snapshot or the browser context (see notIncluded): it is a TRIAGE tool, it does not return the full content of a report. What has not been handled yet is swept with the filter status:'new'.

A4.4/5.0
Behavior4/5

Does the description disclose side effects, auth requirements, rate limits, or destructive behavior?

Annotations cover only the safety profile (readOnlyHint=true, openWorldHint=false), and the description adds substantial behavior beyond that: role-dependent scope ('all' vs 'own'), the caveat that `total` is not the whole queue under 'own' scope, and the explicit `notIncluded` set. Very strong disclosure; the only gap is that it does not discuss pagination limits beyond the schema.

Agents need to know what a tool does to the world before calling it. Descriptions should go beyond structured annotations to explain consequences.

Conciseness4/5

Is the description appropriately sized, front-loaded, and free of redundancy?

Dense but front-loaded: the list/filter purpose comes first, then the scope caveat, then what is returned and excluded. The role warning is repeated with emphasis and quoted strings, which costs some length, but nearly every sentence carries non-obvious information.

Shorter descriptions cost fewer tokens and are easier for agents to parse. Every sentence should earn its place.

Completeness5/5

Given the tool's complexity, does the description cover enough for an agent to succeed on first attempt?

With 9 parameters, no required fields and no output schema, the description carries the return-value burden itself and does so: it names returned fields (title, description, AI reasoning/confidence, tags, component, project) and the explicitly excluded content. Nothing needed to call it correctly or interpret `scope`/`total` is missing.

Complex tools with many parameters or behaviors need more documentation. Simple tools need less. This dimension scales expectations accordingly.

Parameters4/5

Does the description clarify parameter syntax, constraints, interactions, or defaults beyond what the schema provides?

Schema coverage is 100%, so the baseline is 3, but the description adds a genuine semantic hint the schema lacks: that status:'new' is the sweep for unhandled reports. It still doesn't explain multi-value array filtering, which is only discoverable from the schema.

Input schemas describe structure but not intent. Descriptions should explain non-obvious parameter relationships and valid value ranges.

Purpose5/5

Does the description clearly state what the tool does and how it differs from similar tools?

States a specific verb and resource (lists product feedbacks) and ties them to the sibling that creates them (`submit_feedback`), then enumerates the axes it can filter and sort on. An agent can distinguish this from `get_full_data` or `list_tasks`-style siblings without opening the schema.

Agents choose between tools based on descriptions. A clear purpose with a specific verb and resource helps agents select the right tool.

Usage Guidelines4/5

Does the description explain when to use this tool, when not to, or what alternatives exist?

Gives clear when-to-use context ('it is a TRIAGE tool') and an operational recipe for the intake queue (status:'new'), plus a warning that scope varies by role. It does not name the alternative tool to call when full report content is needed, leaving that inference to the agent.

Agents often have multiple tools that could apply. Explicit usage guidance like "use X instead of Y when Z" prevents misuse.
