Find ICE and CBP Contractor Records
pay_to_play_contractorLook up an ICE or CBP contractor in the Pay-to-Play Register by company name substring, matched against the company, the parent as USAspending lists it, the reviewed alias note and its recipient names, among the 100 largest parents by FY2025-26 contract obligations. Returns up to 5 parents, each with three federal records side by side: ICE and CBP contract obligations by component and fiscal year (funding view, with the awarding view beside it), share, File C obligations on the border wall system lines and recipients (USAspending); connected-PAC status, committees as the FEC lists them and, by cycle, the PAC's contributions to federal candidate committees and its summary line for contributions to all committees, two measures that are never added (FEC); and lobbying reports by year, with in-house expenses and outside firms' income kept apart and never added, and IMM-coded counts (LDA). The three columns are never added together and are never a sequence. The register's note: "The register's name labels a question people ask; it is not a finding. These records do not show that any contract was exchanged for money, or that any contribution or lobbying influenced any award." PAC totals are company-wide, not tied to ICE or CBP work, and come from voluntary contributions, not company treasury or contract money; the FEC's own words are quoted. The absence of a PAC or LDA filing is a search result, not a fact about the company. A company outside the 100 largest parents is a scope statement, not an absence.
