Update a scheduled task

Patch a scheduled task's name, prompt, schedule, skip-guard, or enabled state — only the fields passed are changed. To change the schedule, set interval/time/timezone together (plus weekday or dayOfMonth as the interval requires). This tool calls the SHIP API, documented at https://letsship.ai/docs/api. Requires the config:write capability.
