Record why a mission ended

Record a person's reason for how a mission ended, which the delivery statistics use: product (real work, judged on its merits), probe (a test on purpose), superseded (another mission replaced it: give supersededBy) or takeover (a person finished the work outside SHIP); null clears it. Set it only with the person's answer, never from your own guess. Requires the missions:write scope and the config:write capability.
