Create or update a sandbox
save_sandbox_templateCreate a sandbox (omit templateId) or change one. A definition is Dockerfile steps on the platform base (RUN, ENV, ARG, WORKDIR, USER; no FROM). A changed definition or size becomes a new version and is built at once; the response carries that build. Refusals name the line or the size bound.
