Refresh an MCP server's tool list
refresh_mcp_server_toolsDestructiveIdempotent
Snapshot the bound server's current tools (with their readOnlyHint / destructiveHint annotations) for approval. Approvals of tools that no longer exist are dropped. The binding must be ready; a server inside the sandbox has no gateway tool list. Requires config:write.
