List missions
list_missionsRead-onlyIdempotent
List missions in the caller's accessible projects, newest activity first, with total for paging. Each has issueId, title, activity (what it does now), pipelineProgress, review/check/test state, PR, cost and paused. Archived missions are left out. Requires the missions:read scope.
