Read what needs attention in the workspace, critical first: a tracker connection its vendor no longer accepts (missions cannot start or report back until someone reconnects it), or credits running out. Each notice has a stable id and kind, a message and, when the caller can act, an action URL to hand to a person. A notice the caller dismissed is left out. Check it before dispatching work.
