Pause or resume a Microsoft Advertising campaign, ad group, keyword or ad
msads_set_statusPause or resume one campaign, ad group, keyword or ad. Pausing stops it serving and spending; resuming lets it serve again, which can start spending. Only Active and Paused can be set, and an item whose status is something else (for example paused by the budget) is refused rather than overridden. Returns the previous status so the change can be undone. Use dryRun first when unsure. Needs campaignId for an ad group, and adGroupId for a keyword or ad.
