Publish a Tag Manager workspace, or roll back to an earlier version
gtm_publishPublish to the LIVE site. Two ways: (1) publish a workspace's drafts as a new named version - by default the "Caybl changes" workspace Caybl's edit tools draft into; or (2) pass version to re-publish an earlier version, which is how to undo a bad publish. Dry run by default: Google compiles the workspace and reports errors or merge conflicts, and the result lists exactly what would change on the live site. Only call with validateOnly=false after the user has seen that list and said yes.
